ITPT is run by myself, Ivan Tikhonovskiy. I started in 2012 but prior to this I had a successful career as a professional dancer and choreographer working with many companies in Europe and the United States including Hallmark Entertainment and CBS Channel USA. From 2014 to 2018 I was also a brand ambassador for Adidas.

I have a great passion for fitness and wellbeing and love working with people with a range of different abilities. Everyone is welcome! I offer a wide range of services, 1-2-1 sessions, small group sessions, boot camps and HIIT training sessions, which include targeting weight loss and muscle gain, strength and conditioning, agility training, endurance training and much more. We can also explore and discuss body composition analysis.

My main focus is to bring a good feeling to yourself along with wellbeing. I use different approaches to target your specific goals. I use different elements of training including weight training, band weight training, elements of boxing, elements of gymnastics and dance training. I am also a fully qualified Les Mills Body Pump instructor and spin instructor. I can also give nutritional advice on healthy eating. The well-being of my clients is my main priority and allowing you to feel good about yourself is the focus of my work.
